The Airport ID Badge office is located on the baggage claim level of the Landside Terminal, near Baggage Claim “P.”
Open Office Hours for fingerprinting, badge process, and video training are:
Monday and Wednesday :
9 AM -12 Noon
Tuesday and Thursday :
9 AM – Noon and 1 – 4 PM
6 AM – Noon
Note : Childcare services are not provided.
Employees needing to review only the SIDA Security Video should arrive 1 hour prior to closing.
Employees with driving privileges should arrive 2 hours prior to closing.
All applicants for an Airport ID must present Identity and work authorization documents when applying or renewing their badge:
Non-US Citizens must present their passport AND Alien Registration Card OR their I-94 arrival / departure card.
US Citizens, who were born abroad, must present their passport OR a Certificate of Naturalization OR a Certification of Birth Abroad, form DS-1350.
There is a $55.00 fee for the fingerprinting process, payable by Cash, Money Order, VISA or Master Charge / Debit Cards, or Corporate Check. Additional Fees are listed below.

Ground Vehicle Operator Training Update:
Announcing a new Learning Management System (LMS). This new LMS simplifies training needs. All airport ID badge holders who have ground vehicle operator (GVO) requirements (green, red or blue badge) on the airfield can take the applicable movement or non-movement GVO training via Elearning from any location of their choice.
