PITTSBURGH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO CONDUCT WINTER OPERATIONS DRILL

WHAT:  Pittsburgh International Airport will conduct its annual Winter Operations Drill on Wednesday to prepare for the coming snow season. The morning event will start with a seasonal weather briefing at 8 a.m. and the drill will start at 8:45 a.m. with plows and brooms entering the runway. Media is welcome to ride-along with cameras.

WHEN: Wednesday, Nov. 16. Weather briefing at 8 a.m. Drill begins at 8:45 a.m.

WHERE: Pittsburgh International Airport, ACAA Field Maintenance Facility off of Hangar Road near Business I-376.

NOTE: Interested media should notify Bob Kerlik. Parking is available at the Field Maintenance building.
